Active civic research prototype
A civic-accountability experiment that begins with one explicitly stated personal preference and then keeps research, political evidence and outreach methodologically separate from that preference.
System / agent action
Track the 101 members of the Riigikogu, direct evidence of positions, two relevant legislative files, source dates, outreach and responses without inferring individual views from party, committee, silence or non-response.

Evidence in the system
- Riigikogu lists bill 828 SE at second-reading stage after its first reading in April 2026.
- A second Animal Protection Act amendment file, 970 SE, was initiated on 17 June 2026 and assigned to the Rural Affairs Committee.
- The project's evidence rules explicitly reject party membership, committee membership and silence as proof of an individual position.
